Oracle Forms : how to enforce using the desired Java plugin version

In the Forms OTN forum, Rosario Vigilante explains how  to be sure  Forms will use the desired Java plugin at runtime.
For those that want to keep the Forms running with an old plugin (1.4 for instance) even if a newer version is alread installed on the client machine, this is an interesting information.
